The theme of GR SNAPS Vol.7 is “2019”
It’s already mid November. The year will be over in a month and a half. A lot of things have occurred in the world in 2019. It really has been a tumultuous year.
Theme “2019” includes your best shot of the year, something that represents your year, something that impressed you this year, impression of December, etc. Post your photo(s) that may click the theme “2019”!
As the last GR SNAPS of the year, it is a “Special Project” and a little different from the usual GR SNAPS.
To tell you what's special- we will print and exhibit the selected works at a new event “GR BAR” scheduled on Friday, December 20th (details to be announced soon)!
For this reason, you may have to submit your work in original data.

· How to Apply:
1. Follow our GR official Instagram account ( ricoh_gr_official )
2. Post your image(s) on your Instagram account with the following two hashtags.
#grsnaps07 #grsnaps
Having selected the works, we will contact the corresponding photographers directly through Instagram's DM. Please note that private accounts will not be selected. Also, if there is no reply for 3 days after our contact, it will be excluded from the selection.
· Announcement of Selection
The writers will consult and select the works, announce them on GR official, and exhibit them at “GR BAR” in mid-December or later.
("GR BAR": Friday, December 20th at Kominka Bar Shosai (Old Private House Bar Library) scheduled to start at 18:00)
Those who have been selected will be contacted individually through Instagram DM, and requested to send the original data (image file) of the selected work.
The number of works to be exhibited is undecided.

-Selected works may be displayed as the main visual of this site.
-Entries must be taken by the photographer him/herself with the GR series, GR DIGITAL series, or GXR (using GR lens).
-Refer to Terms on SNAPS (ABOUT menu at the bottom) for more terms.
