Thank you for waiting for so long! This is to announce the selections of GR SNAPS - 30th Anniversary - “My Favorite Shot”.
We received approximately 1,500 entries this time.
Due to the way Instagram’s algorithm functions, the submission process—which required both an Instagram post and the separate submission of a file—was quite involved; thank you so much to everyone who took the time to enter.
The entries for the SNAPS project are reviewed by the GR official team, and we find the selection process incredibly difficult every single time. The quality of the work submitted was exceptionally high—there were so many wonderful pieces that we truly wished we could include them all, making it quite a challenge to narrow down our choices.
With “My Favorite Shot” as the theme, many of the entries were filled with deep personal meaning and genuine emotion, radiating a sense of warmth that made the selection process a truly heart-warming experience for us.
As announced during the call for submissions, the selected works will not only be featured online; they will also be printed and displayed as a special part of the RICOH GR 30th Anniversary event. Seeing these works in print will surely offer a different experience compared to viewing them on a computer or smartphone screen.
The exhibition will run for a short period of five days (October 21–25)—if you are in the area, please do stop by!
*For further details regarding the exhibition, please refer to this article.
Now, please take a look at the 30 selected works.
Congratulations to everyone who was chosen!

Congratulations to those who were selected!
And a huge thank you to everyone who submitted an entry.
Even when the GR SNAPS submission period is closed, please feel free to keep posting your photos with the hashtag "#grsnaps."
We regularly feature wonderful shots on the official RICOH GR Instagram account!
If you share your GR work on X (formerly Twitter), we’d love for you to use the "#grsnaps" hashtag there as well.
Stay tuned for the next round!
