プロフィール：
写真家の息子として少年期に写真の基礎を学ぶ。20歳で最初のDSLRを購入しそこから様々なものを手に入れる。真の90年代っ子として、インターネットやSNSへの情熱を培い、自分の写真を広める手段としてそれらを使い始める。初めてGoProを使用した後、動画撮影にも興味を持つ。まもなくしてNiels Kemp CreativeというYouTubeチャンネルを立ち上げ、動画と写真を組み合わせ始める。
2018年10月にそれまでオランダ語でやっていた動画を英語に替える。そこではストリート写真撮影への情熱と映画制作・編集への愛情が結実している。

すべての仕事には専用の道具が必要です。写真もしかり。私にとってストリート写真とは、いかに迅速に多様なシチュエーションに対応できるかということに尽きます。人と話し、ポートレートを撮り、キャンディッドフォトを撮り、動き回る。これには、速く、正確で、ポジティヴな使用感のあるカメラが求められます。もちろん可能な限りの高画質も。 Ricoh GR IIは私がストリート写真のために選ぶツール。さっと取り出せてクール。私がRicoh GRをストリート写真に勧める理由はそこにあります。

Profile:
As the son of a photographer, Niels has learned the basics of photography at a young age. At the age of 20 he bought his first DSLR and things picked up from there. As a true nineties kid he developed a passion for online- and social media and he started using these to spread his photography. After using a GoPro for the first time he grew an interest in videography as well. He soon started to combine video and photography by launching his YouTube channel called Niels Kemp Creative.
In October 2018 he switched from making Dutch videos to English video's.
In his video's he combines his passion for street photography with his love for filmmaking and editing.

Every job requires a specific type of tool. This applies to photography as well. For me, Street Photography is all about being quick and versatile. You talk to people, take their portrait, you take candid shots, you move around. This requires a camera with speed, accuracy, a nice feel and of course you want the best image quality possible.
